With the CareNexus Program and your ability to guide the McAlester Regional Case Management Department on streamlining patient care throughout the hospital, we have been able to reduce our length of stay by 1.2 days in the past 6 months. By doing this, it has allowed MRHC to reach it’s FYE 2007 profit margin goal of 3%. In fact, we surpassed this goal and ended with a 3.49% profit margin. You have informed me that the second stage would be more difficult to obtain, but i know with your guidance we will achieve it.
